After having two wonderful and chubby little boys, I was having a hard time losing the extra weight that I gained. Reducing calories left me hungry, irritable, and tired. I needed a better option, and came across low carb and keto diets and decided to give it a try. I started living a low carb/ high fat lifestyle in Jan 2017 and within a year I had lost 40 lbs and hit my goal weight without ever feeling like I was restricting myself! In March 2018, I found out I was pregnant again! I had a healthy baby girl in October 2018, and now I am navigating through a low carb diet with my daughters intolerance to dairy and soy in my diet, while still trying to lose the extra weight and maintain my health and milk supply!
